Core Responsibilities

Function Overview
Examination Planning Scheduling Continuous Internal Assessments (CIA) and End-Semester Examinations (ESE) for all UG, PG, and M.Phil/Ph.D. programs.
Question Paper & Valuation Standardized setting of question papers, appointment of external examiners, and systematic central valuation.
Result Publication Prompt processing of marks, conduction of Result Passing Board meetings, and publication of online results.
Certification & Records Issuance of Consolidated Statement of Marks, Provisional Certificates, and liaison with Bharathiar University for Degree Certificates.
