This notification is for UG Degree students (2024-2027, 2023-2026, and 2022-2025 Batches – Aided and Self-Financing) and PG Degree students (2024-2026 and 2023-2025 Batches – Aided and Self-Financing) who wish to apply for Revaluation, Re-totalling, or a Xerox copy of their Theory Paper(s) from the End-of-Semester Examinations held in May 2025. Interested students must submit the prescribed application form(s) along with the stipulated fees.
REVALUATION FEE REFUND POLICY:
A partial refund will be issued under the following circumstances:
- If a previously failed candidate passes after revaluation with an improvement of more than 11 marks.
- If a previously passed candidate secures an additional 12 marks or more after revaluation.
In either of these cases, a refund of Rs. 200/- will be made from the Revaluation fee.
The last date for submission of the completed application form and fee payment is Friday, 6th June 2025. Students may contact the Examination Office for further information.
